• Access is provided in accordance with the subscription purchased.
• Memberships are intended for the authorised user or organisation.
• Unauthorised sharing of paid content is prohibited.
• M&Q may suspend accounts involved in misuse or abuse.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, tools, content, branding, documentation, calculations, templates and platform materials remain the property of M&Q Engineering Solutions unless otherwise stated.

5. Engineering Responsibility

Engineering tools are provided to support professional decision-making. Users remain solely responsible for independently reviewing, verifying and validating results before application in any engineering, manufacturing, quality, compliance or safety-related activity.

6. No Warranty

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Payments & Subscriptions

• Failure to maintain payment may result in loss of access.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by law.

9. Acceptable Use

• No attempts to reverse engineer platform functionality.
• No unauthorised redistribution of content.
• No activity intended to disrupt platform operation.
